History: A10 Motorway in Romania

The A10 Motorway also known as the Sebes-Turda Motorway (Romanian: Autostrada A10 / Autostrada Sebes Turda) is a new motorway under construction in the central part of Romania. The new motorway will connect the existing A1 and A3 between the cities of Sebes and Turda. The total planned length is 70 km an its estimated to cost 420 million euro, which is partly financed by the European Union. The motorway was divided into four segments and construction began almost simultaneously on all lots.
