Accidents
- On 12 August 2005 a HESA IrAn-140 belonging to Safiran Airlines had an in flight engine failure and the airplane tried to land with the remaining engine. The aircraft went out of runway in Arak airport, badly damaging the fuselage, there were no fatalities.
- Another accident happened on 15 February 2006 in Iran killing 5 pilots on board.
