On 10 January 2000 Crossair Flight 498, a Crossair Saab 340B a commuter flight from Zurich,Switzerland to Dresden, Germany crashed two minutes after takeoff at about 7km from the airport. The official report concluded that the cause of the crash was due to loss of control resulting from human error.
