The IAR 330 is a twin-engined medium transport/utility helicopter built by IAR in Romania. The helicopter is a license built version of the Aerospatiale SA 330 Puma helicopter. From the 163 helicopters that were built 24 were upgraded to the IAR 330 SOCAT variant in cooperation with Elbit Systems, Israel.
