Below you can find a list of seaplanes (both floatplanes and flying boats) and amphibious aircraft listed in alphabetical order.

A seaplane is an aircraft that is capable of landing on water. Seaplanes can be either floatplanes (which rely on external floats or pontoons for buoyancy) or flying boats (which rely on fuselage or hull for buoyancy). Amphibious aircraft are able to land on water or land.

Ekranoplans which use the "Wing in Ground effect" (WIG) are not included in the list below.
