Airline incidents
- Malaysia Airlines Flight 17, a Boeing 777-200ER performing a scheduled international passenger flight from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur crashed in the Donetsk region of Ukraine. From the first available informations it seems that the airplane was shot down by a yet unidentified party.
